Return and Exchange Policy

At StyleFlea, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, due to our commitment to offering premium-quality products at unbeatable prices, we follow a strict store credit-only policy for all returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  1. Eligibility:
    • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Credit Note:
    • Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned product(s).
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit note.
  3. Reverse Pickup:
    • For eligible pin codes, we offer reverse pickup services. A flat ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your credit note.
    • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you can self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse.
  4. Processing Time:
    • Credit notes will be issued within 5-7 working days after the product(s) pass our quality check.
    • Credit notes can be redeemed on your next purchase and do not expire.
  5. Non-Refundable Categories:
    • Items on sale, promotional deals (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1), or under personal hygiene categories (e.g., masks, innerwear) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  6. Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

  • Refunds to bank accounts are not provided for any orders. Only store credit will be issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for return or exchange.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
