  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • All queries related to Exchanges & Returns would be addressed via mail i.e support@styleflea.com . No request would be entertained on the telephone.

    • If you wish to exchange product please contact us ( e-mail) within 2 days of receiving your product at support@styleflea.com|

      Items purchased on sale/clearance/Pre-applied-Discounts/ Bundle discounts are Final sale items and cannot be returned. However we would be happy to replace it with a different size, if you’d need a size exchange.

    • We are unable to offer Exchange if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.(In case of prepaid payments)

    • We only accept a size exchange for our products.
       
  • HOW TO RAISE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?
         Email Us to raise a return/exchange request for your order.

  • ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR EXCHANGE?

    To initiate a Return, email us at support@styleflea.com to return an item. Your request will be queued up and you will be contacted by our team soon. We try our best to pickup the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we aren't able to find a courier partner which pickup from your location, then we request you to self ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse upto Rs. 120 as the courier charges.

    Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package. When returning your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your return item.

  • We shall charge you shipping fee of Rs.150 (w.e.f. 1st June, 2022) in case of reverse pick up for the second time and the same will need to be paid at the time of order delivery of the exchanged order. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/ arrange pickups from.

  • REFUNDS FOR Discounted Product
  • In case of orders placed with a discount is returned, a refund to the bank account will not be applicable. The amount will be refunded in the form of Coupon Code.

  • REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
  • Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

    STORE CREDITS

    When you return a product, our refund is given in the form of a Store Credit or Gift Voucher, which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one entire year

  • EXCHANGE POLICY

    In exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days, once the request is placed. Once we have received the request and it is approved post review, a new exchange order is automatically placed and processed. The new order gets shipped in 2-3 working days once your previous order is picked up and this would take 7-8 days for it to get delivered, mostly sooner depending on the region.

    Note: Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
