Styleflea's Exchange Policy

Exchanges Period:
- Exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Process:
- Size exchanges only. No refunds.
- Initiate an exchange through your Styflea account within 48 hours post-delivery.

If the received size matches the order but doesn't fit, exchange is chargeable.
- If the reason for exchange is the buyer no longer wanting the item, exchange is chargeable. - Exchanges subject to stock availability.

Conditions Applicable for Exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Exchange fee applies to all exchanges (Rs. 99).
- Store credit issued for items if the desired size is unavailable.
- Size exchanges only. For different products, use store credit to purchase new items.

- If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible..

Refunds:
- No refunds. Store credit provided if the size is unavailable.

Exceptions and Rules:
- Products picked up from selected PIN codes within 2-5 business days.
- Multiple exchanges for the same order not allowed.
- Failed pickup after three attempts marks the request as failed.
